• Shape claim strategy with defense counsel and evaluate settlements.
• Prepare discovery plans including depositions, IMEs, and expert retention.
• Review liability, damages, and risk to assess settlements and negotiate with counsel.
• Provide recommendations to management and participate in mediations.
