Job summary

Adams & Martin Group is seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to join our Denver team. You will support complex litigation through all phases, ensuring trial readiness and meticulous case management.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of large-scale litigation experience, a relevant degree or paralegal certification, and proficiency in Relativity, iManage, and Westlaw. Hybrid in-office schedule with strong teamwork and deadline discipline.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in large-scale litigation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; paralegal certificate preferred.
• Defense litigation experience and time-keeping (1,450 hours/year) required.
• Proficiency with Relativity, iManage, and Westlaw.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all stages of litigation from intake to appeal.
• Track documents productions and ensure trial readiness.
• Docket deadlines and interpret court rules.
• Organize electronic case files and manage large document productions.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery requests, and litigation documents.
• Assist in trial prep with exhibits and witness materials.
• Cite-check briefs per Bluebook; assemble exhibits.
• Collaborate with attorneys on strategy and workflows.
