Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certification.
• Minimum of 5-7 years' experience as a litigation paralegal.
• Experience with personal injury matters preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, practice management/billing software, and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of the litigation process from pre-litigation through settlement/trial.
• Intake, investigation, case management, file organization, discovery, deposition coordination, and document production.
• E-file in state and federal courts; assist with pre-trial pleadings and motions; calendar and docket control.
