Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required or combination of education, certifications, and demonstrable work experience.
• Minimum of five years of experience managing all phases of complex litigation, including going to trial.
• Proficiency in using legal research tools and software.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage a high-volume workload and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate integrity, ownership, and accountability; ability to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary case manager, overseeing all stages of litigation from intake through appeal.
• Docketing and deadline calculation; research court rules across jurisdictions.
• Maintain meticulous case files following firm systems and naming conventions.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery requests, and other litigation documents with accuracy.
• Schedule and coordinate medical exams, depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
• Assist in trial preparation by organizing exhibits, preparing witness materials, and attending trials.
• Finalize briefs with thorough cite checking and exhibits.
