Adams & Martin Group, a fast-paced boutique litigation firm in Downtown Los Angeles, is looking for a skilled Paralegal / Legal Assistant to join their team. This hybrid role involves providing comprehensive litigation support, from drafting and filing pleadings to preparing for trials and managing discovery processes.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and must be detail-oriented, ready to assist a team of approximately 12 attorneys.

Working hours are from 11AM to 7:30PM.

Qualifications

• Experience in litigation support, including drafting and filing pleadings.
• Familiarity with eDiscovery processes and document management.
• Proficient in legal research and document formatting.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-cycle litigation support for state and federal courts.
• Manage discovery and eDiscovery processes using Relativity.
• Prepare trial materials and support deposition preparations.
