Qualifications

• Strong document review and trial preparation experience.
• Proficiency with legal research tools and case management software.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with case preparation and drafting documents.
• Review documents and manage discovery.
• Prepare materials for depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Maintain case management databases and ensure deadlines.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
• Provide general administrative support to the litigation team.
