Bowditch & Dewey, LLP is seeking an experienced paralegal for its Litigation Practice. The role supports attorneys through all phases of litigation, from inception to discovery and trial.

The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a hybrid schedule of four in-office days and one remote day and may reside in Southborough or Worcester. The ideal candidate has five or more years of paralegal experience in litigation, strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail,

Qualifications

• Five+ years paralegal experience in litigation or similar practice.
• Strong organization and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with proofreading ability.
• Time management and multitasking ability.
• Strong research and writing abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office and able to learn new software.

Responsabilités

• Draft pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and correspondence.
• Coordinate with clients to gather documents and discovery responses.
• Manage all aspects of the discovery process.
• Assist in trial prep, including trial binders.
• Conduct factual research for cases.
• Docket dates and deadlines with attorneys; appear in court as needed.
• Maintain and organize litigation files through closure.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and others.
