Job summary

Kay Search Group is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal in New York, hybrid. You will support complex litigation, manage discovery, prepare filings, and assist with depositions and trial logistics.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong teamwork with attorneys. Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree or ABA Paralegal Certification, and proficiency with MS Office, Westlaw, LexisNexis and litigation software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or ABA Paralegal Certification.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in litigation support.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Adobe and legal research tools.
• Strong written and oral communication, collaboration, and mentoring.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with discovery including evidence gathering and legal research.
• Prepare and manage document production, privilege logs, and indexing.
• Attend client meetings, court appearances and depositions, drafting summaries.
• Coordinate logistics during negotiations, arbitrations, trials or settlements.
• Draft and file motions, pleadings, and subpoenas.
• Monitor case status and deadlines, reporting to attorneys and clients.
