Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of litigation experience in a major AmLaw 150 firm or equivalent.
• Experience handling all stages of litigation from intake to trial.
• Strong knowledge of federal court procedures and e-filing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Draft, file, and serve pleadings, motions, discovery, and other documents in multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage large discovery/e-discovery with large caseloads and trial prep.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, courts, and vendors; prepare trial exhibits and war room setup.
• Ensure compliance with court rules and deadlines; maintain docketing and calendars.
