Michael Page is seeking a Senior Paralegal to support complex commercial litigation, securities matters, and government investigations from discovery through trial. The role offers collaboration with top-tier attorneys on high-profile matters, with ownership of filings, trial prep, legal research, and case management.

Our client is a leading global law firm known for handling complex litigation and regulatory matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience supporting complex commercial litigation, securities matters, or government investigations.
• Extensive trial preparation experience including exhibits and deposition materials.
• Strong knowledge of Federal and State court rules and e-filing requirements.
• Experience with eDiscovery platforms and large-scale document reviews.

Responsabilités

• Support attorneys through all stages of complex litigation, investigations, and trial preparation.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate federal and state court filings, including e-filings.
• Manage discovery, document review, productions, privilege logs, and deposition prep.
• Conduct legal and factual research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, SEC/EDGAR, and similar platforms.
• Assist with hearings, depositions, arbitration, and trial prep, including exhibits and witnesses.
• Maintain and organize case files, databases, and document management systems.
