Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Paralegal certificate from ABA-approved program required (California offices may accept signed declaration).
• Minimum six years of relevant experience in complex litigation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of case teams throughout all phases of litigation.
• Coordinate discovery including document collection, review, and production tracking.
• Assist with preparation and filing of pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Coordinate deposition, witness, and client interview preparation and materials.
• Collaborate with eDiscovery and trial technology resources as needed.
• Protect confidential and privileged information.
