Job summary

AmTrust Financial Services Inc. is seeking a seasoned Legal Operations supervisor to oversee support staff for in-house Litigation offices. You will ensure deadlines and compliance requirements are met while aligning with AmTrust's mission, vision, and values.

You will lead process improvements, coach staff, and collaborate with attorneys, claims partners, and clients to deliver high-quality services and maintain data integrity across the document management platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in private or corporate law offices supporting multiple attorneys.
• Ability to travel between office locations.
• Interpersonal skills to develop relationships with Legal Operations, Managing Counsel, Attorneys, Clients and Opposing Counsel.
• Strong listening and communication skills to convey information clearly.
• Experience preparing pleadings such as Declarations of Readiness to Proceed, Panel Requests, Pleadings, Objections, Proof of Services, and scheduling calendars.
• High level of expertise with EAMS and public search for party/injury information.
