Job summary

AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a Legal Technology Administration professional to manage claims technology platforms, onboarding of outside law firms, and governance of data across legal operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years in a litigation environment (law firm, insurer, or litigation services).
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Experience with insurance and/or claim legal operations.
• Experience with legal technology solutions including matter management, e-billing and legal spend analytics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for claims legal technology platforms, including matter management and e-billing.
• Maintain platform configuration, routing tables, data accuracy, and access requests.
• Act as SME for legal technology enhancements, testing, and implementations.
• Partner with IT and stakeholders to identify process improvements and automation.
• Assist with platform reporting, data analysis, and operational metrics for leadership decisions.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors and teams.
