AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. in Los Angeles seeks a Senior Legal Operations Supervisor to lead the in-house Litigation support team and ensure deadlines and compliance.
You will coach staff, coordinate with attorneys, and maintain document management accuracy to deliver high-quality services. Ideal candidates have 10+ years supporting multiple attorneys, strong communication, and experience with EAMS and pleadings; travel between offices may be required.
Supervises and manages the work of Legal Operations support staff in supporting in-house Litigation offices under the direction of Legal Operations leadership. Ensuring deadlines and other compliance requirements are met is critical to avoid our clients/insureds/Company is receiving sanctions and unnecessary litigation. Maintains a solid understanding of AmTrust’s mission, vision, and values. Upholds the standards of the AmTrust organization.
Minimum of 10 years of experience working in private or corporate law offices supporting multiple attorneys
The expected salary range for this role is $70,300-$107,000/year.
