Job summary

AmTrust Financial Services Inc. is seeking a Legal Technology Administration professional to manage claims legal platforms, onboarding outside counsel, and data governance. You will coordinate with IT and business partners, ensure data accuracy, and support litigation processes.

The role emphasizes organization, analytical skills, communication, and execution, with opportunity to influence panel counsel management and legal spend oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a litigation environment or related field.
• Independent work style with strong judgment and attention to detail.
• Experience with insurance and/or claim legal operations.
• Knowledge of law firm operating models and governance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for claims legal technology platforms including matter management and e-billing.
• Maintain configuration, data accuracy, and user access across platforms.
• Act as SME for platform enhancements, upgrades, testing, and implementations.
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to improve processes and efficiency.
• Support reporting, data analysis, and leadership decision-making.
• Coordinate outside counsel onboarding, guidelines, and timekeeper/rate data.
• Assist with governance of law firms data, guidelines, and spend oversight.
• Provide training and support to law firms on platforms and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with department processes and intake/assignment procedures.
• Deliver professional customer service to internal partners and vendors.
