Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a Senior Manager for Litigation Docketing to lead the US docketing function and drive operational excellence across jurisdictions. You will oversee a centralized team, refine procedures, and ensure accurate, timely calendaring in a hybrid US setting.

The role requires deep knowledge of docketing software such as Milana, strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate with lawyers and business services leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of docketing or calendaring in a law firm.
• Alternatively, 10 years of docketing/operations experience with 3+ years leading staff.
• Experience across multiple jurisdictions and centralized docketing preferred.
• Knowledge of federal, state, appellate rules and filing requirements.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the US docketing function across jurisdictions.
• Establish procedures, workflows, and training resources for scalable operations.
• Monitor rule changes and ensure processes stay current.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and cross-training for continuity.
• Partner with law practice leaders to align docketing with strategy.
