Job summary

Fox Rothschild LLP is seeking a Client Service Specialist to provide high-level legal administrative support to a team of attorneys, including the Office Managing Partner. The role emphasizes client service, data management, and calendar/ deadline coordination within a fast-paced, confidential environment.

The successful candidate will have at least five years of law-firm experience, strong Florida filing knowledge, and outstanding communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years related experience at a law firm or legal or corporate department.
• Strong experience in Florida local and state electronic court filing procedures.
• Proficiency with legal terminology and related practice areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior client service by answering and screening calls in a courteous and timely manner.
• Work closely with attorneys and clients to ensure seamless transfer of information.
• Facilitates the management of client specific data to enhance interactions.
• Manage workflow and deadlines, coordinating with support services to complete work.
• Calendar attorney deadlines and assist in meeting deadlines; coordinate travel where needed.
