• Create chronologies and synthesize evidence.
• Manage discovery documents and related materials.
• Review documents for relevance and privilege.
• Coordinate with clients, professionals, and experts to assess liability and assist defense strategies.
• Manage critical deadlines and dates.
• Assist with court filings, including Bluebook verification and exhibits.
• Summarize depositions and transcripts.
• Prepare correspondence and organize exhibits for hearings.
• Support attorneys during all phases of litigation and trial.
