Sentry is seeking a Claims Representative Specialist on our PL – Litigation team to perform prompt claims investigation, evaluation, and settlement or denial of litigated claims. You’ll verify coverages, evaluate liability, and communicate with policyholders and stakeholders.

You’ll mentor teammates, maintain thorough documentation, and navigate regulatory requirements. This hybrid role offers flexible work with time in the Stevens Point office, competitive benefits, and opportunities for growth

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of related work experience.
• Extensive knowledge of claims handling and litigated claims.
• Ability to review complex documents and policies.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Advanced conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
• Technology aptitude.
