• Ability to review complex documents, policies, coverages, medical reports, and regulations.

• Advanced writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Advanced conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
• Technology aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve litigated claims efficiently and accurately.
• Negotiate settlements and communicate with policyholders, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Verify coverages via policy terms and coordinate with coverage counsel as needed.
• Review statements, police reports, accident photos, and other evidence to evaluate liability.
• Document decisions and discussions per lifecycle requirements and mentor others.
