Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with 3+ years in claims or insurance
• License: must obtain and maintain adjuster license(s)
• Knowledge of insurance regulations, markets, and products
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Handle complex litigated claims from start to finish with focus on quality and service excellence
• Partner with internal/external counsel, underwriters, and risk professionals
• Provide clear, timely communication to customers and stakeholders throughout the claim process
• Ensure claims are handled in accordance with regulatory standards and company protocols
