Job summary

Zurich North America is seeking a Litigated Claims Specialist to join our Commercial General Liability team on a hybrid schedule with offices across the U.S. This role involves managing high-exposure litigated claims and coordinating with counsel, underwriters, and risk professionals to deliver exceptional client service.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in Claims or Insurance, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A licensed adjuster is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of experience in Claims or Insurance
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice or Zurich Claims Training Program with several years in Claims/Insurance
• High School Diploma with 5+ years in Claims/Insurance
• Must obtain and maintain required adjuster license(s)
• Knowledge of insurance regulations, markets, and products
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Handle complex litigated commercial general liability claims from start to finish
• Partner with internal and external counsel, underwriters, and risk professionals
• Provide clear, timely communication to customers and stakeholders
• Ensure claims are handled in accordance with regulatory standards and company protocols
