Job summary

Zurich North America is seeking an experienced Litigation Claims Specialist to join its Commercial General Liability team. The role supports a hybrid work model with occasional in-office attendance and can be based out of Gold River, CA or other locations in the region.

Responsibilities include managing multi-party commercial lines claims with moderate to high exposure, following established practices to deliver a high-quality, customer-focused experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher with 3+ years in Claims/Insurance
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice option with 3+ years in Claims/Insurance
• Completion of Zurich Claims Training Program with 3+ years in Claims/Insurance
• High School Diploma or Equivalent with 5+ years in Claims/Insurance
• Must obtain and maintain required adjuster licenses
• Knowledge of insurance regulations, markets and products

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-party commercial lines claims with moderate to high exposure within authority levels.
• Follow established best practices and protocols to ensure efficient, high-quality, customer-focused claims handling.
