Qualifications

• Strong proficiency administering Linux systems (CentOS, Debian, Ubuntu).
• Experience with scripting (Bash, Python) and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Familiarity with virtualization, networking, and server/app security hardening.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement Linux system upgrades, enhancements, and infrastructure changes to support scalability and reliability.
• Administer and maintain Linux servers and services, diagnosing and resolving performance, stability, or security issues.
• Serve as technical escalation point for Linux-related issues and remediation strategies.
• Partner with engineering and operations teams to support data center deployments and readiness.
• Perform migrations, evaluate dependencies, risks, and execution approaches.
• Monitor system performance and security posture, ensure compliance with standards.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and operational standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align systems administration with platform reliability and business goals.
