NVIDIA in San Francisco is seeking a Linux Systems Engineer to join our Infrastructure Engineering team, supporting high-performance EDA compute farms. You will design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-grade Linux environments across RPM-based distributions, optimized for uptime and scale.

You will drive automation, build robust tooling in Python, Bash, or Go, and manage containerized workloads with Docker/Kubernetes.

Formación

• 8+ years in Linux systems engineering on RPM-based distributions.
• Experience automating multi-tier infra with IaC tools.
• Proficient in Python, Bash, or Go for automation.
• Strong understanding of virtualization and containers.
• Solid networking fundamentals and packet analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and secure Linux operating systems in production and non-production.
• Lead automation workflows using IaC tools like Ansible and Terraform.
• Develop tooling in Python, Bash or Go for automation and telemetry.
• Manage LDAP/SSSD and NFS/Autofs for high-performance workloads.
