Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of relevant IT experience; or 3+ years for Advanced track.
• Experience with Linux (Red Hat), Ansible, and GitLab pipelines.
• Eligibility for access to SECRET level information or higher (government background check may apply).

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, upgrade, and support Linux-based systems and software.
• Develop plans, schedules, and requirements for system deployment.
• Create or improve scripts and tooling for systems management.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot server, workstation, and A/V issues; respond to outages.
• Test and implement upgrades/patches for OS, Kubernetes, and M&S apps.
• Create and maintain system documentation and processes; may supervise staff.
