Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• Experience with Linux systems (Red Hat) and cloud tooling.
• Familiarity with Ansible scripting and GitLab pipelines.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve server/workstation issues.
• Eligibility for access to classified information at the Secret level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Execute, improve, and monitor scripts and automation tools to aid in systems management.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve server, workstation, and A/V issues and respond to outages.
• Test and implement upgrades and patches to OS, Kubernetes platforms, and M&S applications.
• Maintain reliability of systems by monitoring, running tests, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor backups and plans for installed systems and review emergency response plans.
• Create and maintain system documentation with a focus on continuous improvement.
