Job summary

OnTrac Bethel is seeking a Senior Linehaul Manager to supervise linehaul operations and optimize the network. You will collaborate with Industrial Engineering, Line Dispatch and HUB Operations to ensure efficient load plans and on-time departures.

The role requires leadership experience (7 years preferred) and a strong background in logistics/supply chain, with a Class A license preferred. Competitive pay and bonus eligibility offered.

Qualifications

• Five years of logistics/supply chain, dispatching, transportation, engineering, or business analyst/project management experience.
• Seven years leadership experience.
• Current Class A driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor volume and adjust line haul plans to optimize the network.
• Coordinate with Industrial Engineering, Line Dispatch and HUB Operations.
• Ensure timely data entry into the system and maintain safe work environment.
• Communicate load consolidation decisions to HUB Ops to minimize miles and costs.
• Collaborate with Fleet Maintenance, Linehaul Planning and Vendor Relations to address service issues.
