OnTrac is hiring a Linehaul Dispatch Specialist in Bethel, PA to support fleet operations and coordinate with drivers and facilities.

You will manage administrative tasks, maintain fleet records, process invoices, and help ensure regulatory compliance while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years administrative or clerical experience; fleet experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment by following the Company Safety Program.
• Follow up with facility personnel on maintenance issues.
• Administer fleet maintenance records and processing of fleet invoices; ensure compliance of the Fleet Department.
• Field telephone calls, file, and data entry.
• Maintain all fleet files and costing sheet.
