Job summary

Quest Food Management Services LLC is hiring a Cook III for Loyola Academy in Wilmette, IL. The role requires preparing and presenting menu items, following recipes, and assisting with kitchen operations in a fast-paced cafeteria setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent culinary experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Cook II or Kitchen Supervisor.
• Food Handler certification is required.
• Able to perform simple arithmetic and understand measurements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present menu items to Quest standards.
• Assist in day-to-day kitchen operations and prep.
• Maintain sanitation and HACCP compliance.
• Coordinate order placement and inventory checks.
• Train Cook I and II personnel as needed.
