We are seeking a kitchen team member to support set-up, food preparation, quality control, and service delivery. This on-site role requires flexibility, a strong culinary foundation, and bilingual

Qualifications

• Hospitality oriented and guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to bend, squat and stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to handle difficult situations effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Technical culinary knowledge.
• Maintains open, collaborative relationships within the team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Good communication in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Set up station properly and on time for each service period.
• Prepare food according to designated recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure correct quantity, quality, storage and temperature of foods.
• Dispatch meals to the correct station promptly.
• Cook and assemble menu items in a timely manner.
• Clean and sanitize preparation areas after service.
• Rotate stock and manage freshness of ingredients.
• Follow safety and security policies; report hazards.
