Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Culinary, Food and Beverage, or related professional area.
• Previous experience as a cook in a similar work environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen staff to prepare dishes on time and to a high degree of quality.
• Ensure all food is prepared according to supervisor's recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness of preparation areas and equipment.

Skills
