The Waterfront Beach Resort in Huntington Beach, CA is seeking an experienced cook to prepare all food items per standard recipes, and to ensure product consistency for guests. You will handle heavy product transport, maintain clean storage and working areas, and uphold Health Department standards.

We value basic kitchen skills across broiler, sauté, fry, roast, and other methods, plus strong math and recipe-reading abilities. Join a team that emphasizes quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–3 years cooking experience in a hotel/restaurant.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and kitchen equipment operation.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and perform requisitions.

Responsabilités

• Prepare all food items according to recipes and supervisor specifications.
• Transport heavy food products as needed for production.
• Maintain proper storage and quality control of ingredients.
• Keep refrigeration and work areas clean and compliant with Health Department rules.
