The Waterfront Beach Resort in Huntington Beach is seeking a Part-Time Food Runner to transport and serve meals, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and assist with requisition and inventory tasks. The role supports expediters and kitchen staff, ensuring timely, accurate service to guests.

Qualifications

• One year restaurant experience preferred.
• Well organized, detail-oriented, with follow-up skills.
• The role requires knowledge of steps of service and basic dining etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Transports food from kitchen to dining room and serves guests following steps of service.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe workspace per OSHA and health standards.
• Fills out and delivers requisitions for expediting items.
• Picks up requisitions from Purchasing and stores products in designated areas with proper labeling.
• Keeps up-to-date knowledge of menu items and plate presentation.
