Beemok Hospitality Collection's Sorelle property is seeking a Cook III to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner per guest orders, following recipes and production standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary kitchen and consistent quality.

You will manage station setup, operate and clean equipment, rotate perishables, check par levels, assist in prep for next shift, and work with the team to deliver guest-focused hospitality.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in kitchen/hotel operations.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Knowledge of basic knife cuts and maintenance.
• Familiarity with recipes, portioning and presentation standards.
