Beemok Hospitality Holdings LLC is seeking a Cook III to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner per guest orders from all outlets, following recipes and production standards. The role emphasizes safe, sanitary kitchen practices and consistent quality across dishes.

Responsibilities include station setup, equipment operation and cleaning, perishables control, and helping with prep for subsequent shifts. Physical demands include lifting heavy items and standing long hours in a fast-paced hotel

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in similar kitchen/hotel operations.
• Must be able to lift at least 70 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Good vision and hearing; able to read reports and communicate effectively.

Responsabilités

• Basic understanding of knife skills and knife maintenance.
• Learn the reasons for all basic knife cuts.
• Know all basic cooking techniques: soups, sauté, grilling, frying, roasting, braising, poaching, and vegetable preparation; plus cold food techniques.
• Prepare consistent quality food and pastry items according to guest orders following recipe cards and production, portion, and presentation standards.
• Complete place and set-up station for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service.
• Operate, maintain, and clean kitchen equipment: deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, flat top grill.
• Date all food containers and rotate per policies; keep perishables at proper temperatures.
• Check par levels for shift use, determine necessary prep, freezer pull, and line setup; note shortages.
• Return unused food to designated storage areas with cover/date on perishables.
• Assist in prep work as required for the next shift.
