Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner per guest order following recipes and standards.
• Maintain safe and sanitary kitchen through proper handling and cleaning.
• Set up stations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
• Safely operate and clean kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, ovens, and steamers.
• Rotate and date food containers and check perishables temperatures as per policy.
• Check par levels for shift prep and communicate shortages.
• Assist in prep for subsequent shifts as needed.
