Job summary

Seminole Gaming is seeking a Cook II to provide superior service and prepare menu items across grilling, frying and pantry stations. The role emphasizes accuracy, plate presentation, and adherence to customer specifications in a fast-paced casino kitchen.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean workstation, supporting team members, and safely operating equipment while following recipes and documentation to ensure consistency and quality across daily menus.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience as a Cook Trainee or equivalent (culinary arts degree or apprenticeship)
• Proficiency in Asian cooking techniques (wok, steaming) and knowledge of Asian ingredients

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods for grill, fry, broil, or pantry in accordance with recipes and customer specifications.
• Ensure plates are aesthetically appealing and cooked to required specifications.
• Keep workstation clean and organized and support line efficiency.
• Assist coworkers to maintain smooth operation and adapt to heat and noise in kitchen.
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Review recipes and documentation to ensure proper execution.
