Job summary

Seminole Gaming is seeking a dedicated cook to provide superior service to internal and external customers while preparing a variety of menu items. You will work on grill, fry, broil, or pantry stations and ensure dishes meet customer specifications.

The role requires basic food prep knowledge, 1 year of line cook experience or a culinary degree/apprenticeship, and the ability to handle kitchen equipment safely in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Basic food preparation knowledge and line work experience.
• Must obtain and maintain licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.
• Typically at least one year experience as Cook Trainee or coffee shop line cook or completion of culinary degree/apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Provides superior service to customers and coworkers.
• Prepares foods for grilling, frying, broiling, or pantry items per menus.
• Ensures plates are aesthetically appealing and cooked to specifications.
• Keeps workstation neat and clean.
