Responsibilities

• Identify, source and lead origination of LIHTC multi-funds.
• Cultivate and develop deep relationships with Syndicators.
• Provide market intelligence to inform sourcing strategy and deal flow.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure adherence to regulatory and credit policies.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Represent Capital One in industry board and community engagements.
