Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager to lead LIHTC origination and multi-fund sourcing, leveraging established developer and syndicator relationships and navigating regulatory and credit constraints to maximize deal flow.

You will drive market intelligence, collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and process improvements, and represent Capital One in industry engagements to advance impact and innovation in multi-family development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience.
• 5+ years in business development, underwriting, asset management, or portfolio management in affordable housing or CRE.
• Strong relationships with Syndicators and knowledge of regulatory/credit constraints.

Responsibilities

• Identify, source and lead the origination efforts of LIHTC multi-funds.
• Cultivate and develop deep relationships with Syndicators, leveraging existing industry connections.
• Provide market intelligence to inform sourcing strategy and deal flow.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure adherence to regulatory and credit policies.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Represent Capital One in relevant industry board and community engagements.
