Qualifications

• Leadership experience (7+ years) and ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for underwriting and portfolio management.
• Lead risk assessment and mitigation at portfolio, fund and facility levels for debt and equity.
• Lead credit and investment approvals ensuring alignment with risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee pipeline evaluation analytics for efficient closing, funding, and post-closing servicing.
• Manage portfolio and industry reviews to identify risks and emerging themes.
