Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Serve as primary contact for lighting product inquiries, orders and concerns.
• Understand customer needs and recommend lighting products and solutions.
• Provide consultative sales support for LED lighting, fixtures, controls, and energy-efficiency projects.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Develop accurate quotes and proposals including pricing and timelines.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and project requirements to secure orders.
• Coordinate order processing, delivery and installation with customers and internal teams.
• Track sales opportunities and maintain pipeline information.
• Attend customer meetings, trade shows and industry events.
• Provide regular sales activity and market reports.
