Qualifications

• 5–10 years of lighting sales or related customer-facing experience.
• Strong knowledge of lighting products, LEDs, controls, and energy-efficient solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer or industry events.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Serve as primary contact for lighting product inquiries, orders, and concerns.
• Provide consultative sales support for LED lighting, fixtures, controls, and energy-efficiency projects.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Develop accurate quotes and proposals with pricing, specs, and timelines.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and project requirements to secure orders.
• Coordinate order processing, delivery, and installation with customers and internal teams.
• Track opportunities and maintain accurate customer and pipeline information.
• Attend customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events as required.
• Provide regular sales activity reports and market updates.
