Job Summary

We are seeking an experiencedLighting Sales Representative IIto promote and sell lighting products and energy-efficient solutions to commercial, industrial, and other customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience inlighting sales, account management, customer relationship development, technical product presentations, quoting, negotiation, and closing sales. A solid understanding of LED lighting, fixtures, controls, and energy-efficient lighting technologies is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers and develop new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in lighting sales, technical sales, account management, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of lighting products and energy-efficient solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to understand technical product information and explain it clearly to customers.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel and attend customer or industry events as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree inBusiness, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience sellingLED lighting, fixtures, lighting controls, or energy-efficiency solutions.
• Utility, commercial, industrial, or electrical industry experience.
• Experience using CRM software.
• Existing relationships within commercial or industrial lighting markets are a plus.
