Job summary

LEDVANCE is seeking a Sales Representative to drive regional sales across Southern New Jersey, Delaware, and Southeast Pennsylvania. The role focuses on building relationships with electrical distributors and agents, pursuing incremental opportunities, and selling whole-building projects from new construction to renovations.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in the S NJ, DE and SE PA region by calling on electrical distributors and agents.
• Sell whole-building projects from new construction to renovations in public or private sectors.
• Grow LEDVANCE market share for Sylvania-branded products and maximize profitability.
