Job summary

Visual Comfort & Co. seeks a results-driven sales professional in Palm Desert, CA to grow our luxury lighting and systems customers.

You will lead the full sales cycle, building relationships with residential builders, interior designers, architects, and designers while leveraging cross-functional support to close deals. Reporting to the Regional Director of Sales, you will conduct about 16 face-to-face calls weekly, articulate Visual Comfort’s value, and expand existing accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in a consultative sales environment.
• 3+ years in custom home building products, interior design, luxury lighting.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the sales process, collaborating with marketing and operations.
• Conduct ~16 face-to-face sales calls per week with target customers.
• Communicate Visual Comfort’s value proposition to clients.
• Build relationships with architects, builders and designers.
• Manage existing customers to ensure retention and growth.
