Job summary

Roundtop Mountain Resort is seeking a motivated safety-driven leader for the Lift Experience team. This winter seasonal position supports lift operations, scanning, and guest service to deliver exceptional experiences.

You'll coach front-line staff, supervise daily activities, ensure safety standards, and coordinate with Mountain Operations to provide a seamless guest journey from arrival to on-mountain access.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of mountain operations or related resort ops experience.
• Experience leading, training, or mentoring employees.
• Strong guest service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Guest Experience Leadership and supervision of Lift Experience Team.
• Ensure safe, friendly, and efficient lift and scanning operations.
• Coach and develop employees; manage daily assignments and briefings.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling to meet operations needs.
• Address guest concerns and uphold safety standards.
• Collaborate with Mountain Operations for seamless guest journey.
