Job summary

Solitude Mountain Resort is seeking a Lift Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership for all lift operations year-round. You will lead a team including a Lift Supervisor, Leads, and Operators, ensuring safe, efficient, and guest-focused service while driving safety and operational excellence.

Reporting to the Lift Operations Director, you will shape training programs, supervise staffing and budgets, and collaborate with resort leadership to meet objectives and deliver the highest level

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive leadership in lift or mountain operations.
• Advanced knowledge of aerial lift operations and safety standards.
• Experience with scheduling and payroll systems (Workday preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Lift Operations team and set operational priorities.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll, and budgets.
• Ensure safety and guest service excellence.
• Develop training programs with resort leadership.
• Maintain lift operation documentation and incident reporting.
