Qualifications

• Meaningful experience running lifecycle, CRM, or email/SMS marketing programs.
• Hands-on experience with Iterable or comparable platform.
• Understand data flow into a marketing platform and where to request deeper access when needed.
• Proven ability to analyze data, explain impact, and quantify value.
• Comfort in owning end-to-end lifecycle execution across channels.

Responsibilities

• Own activation, onboarding, and retention strategy across Pickup and Mail-In products, partnering with Acquisition and content teams.
• Manage lifecycle execution end-to-end: email, SMS, journey building, QA, and AI-driven automation.
• Collaborate with creative/content teams to craft informative, inspiring moments across channels.
• Advance a connected lifecycle system so member interactions feel timely and useful.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure a coherent member experience from first touch to retention.
